Great Views, Quiet Area, Close to Uptown, New Hot Tub! This home located on the shore of Lake Hatcher where some of the best lake fishing in Pagosa is found. 4 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom, sleeps 9\. 180+ degree unobstructed lake view, adjacent to green space which is perfect for a picnic and access to the lake for ice or summer fishing. This house has a fenced in yard for the furry ones (2 dog max). The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of extras. New Hot Tub just added! On the main level is the large living room and formal dining area, both with amazing lake views, which is just off the kitchen with a breakfast nook and casual family room with sliding doors to the back deck. The main level also has a half bath, large laundry room, 2 car garage and an office with a single person fold out sleeping chair. The living room has a wood burning stove and the family room has a gas fireplace. There are views with each main room. Take the custom stairscase upstairs where you will find the master bedroom with king bed, large bathroom and walk in closet all overlooking the lake. Down the hall are 3 more bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other 2 each having 2 twin beds (one of the rooms "the kids cave" has a twin trundle bed set up). These 3 bedrooms share a full bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have black out shades and a very nicely furnished. The Kids Cave has a large TV and is a perfect room to play games and hang out. This house has high speed internet, is close to numerous hiking and biking trails, cross country skiing and is 10 minutes from shopping, dining and the recreation center. All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises. This home is pet friendly. 2 dog max. Please contact us for details and fees. The pet fee is 75.00 per dog, as well as a refundable 100.00 per dog as well. There is no swimming allowed in the lake Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking. My husband, my 2 adult boys and their wives were all pleased with everything about this house. The hot tub after a full day of skiing was just what we needed. Managrment contacted me before our stay to make sure we had everything we need and to let us know they were there if we needed them. We didn't need them our stay was perfect. The space was very comfortable and spacious and the fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed and more. Nice assortment of teas and coffees. The backyard was perfect for our pup and the new hot tub was a bonus. The kids loved having a fun kid cave to hang out in. We would definitely stay again! The home had all the kitchenware and appliances that we needed. The cabinets were stocked with all kinds of supplies. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptional. When it snowed, they had a person clear the driveway and rear deck for us. Management team was very responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this house for a great vacation. ##### Earl H. Our family came to Colorado for 10 days to escape the Texas heat. While we did hike, fish, and kayak, we were also looking for a home that we could play games, watch movies, build puzzles, and just relax. This home was perfect! There is plenty of space for a family, including multiple areas to hang out - family room, living room, kids cave. The dining room table served as our puzzle/game table, while the kids cave was the perfect place to watch movies. My husband is in grad school and had to complete online classes during our visit. There were zero issues with WIFI connectivity. And let’s talk about the access to the beauty of Colorado - Obviously this house is located right on Lake Hatcher, but it is also only 20 minutes from some AMAZING hikes!! So many essentials (sunscreen, detergent, bug spray) were available for our use. It was like being at our own home. There wasn’t a thing we wished was included in the house. The location is perfect to the town and ski area. It offers a great deal of privacy and area for us to play in the snow. The view of the frozen lake was beautiful. Inside is a great setup with everything we needed to cook in the evenings after a long day of skiing. Plenty of clean blankets, pillows and bedding for everyone. The house has everything you need and it's exceedingly comfortable. We celebrated a birthday and I was able to make a cake from scratch with the appliances and dishes available in the kitchen. The beds are all comfortable, there are plenty of towels and extra blankets available. The fully fenced in yard was a dream for our dog. We spent more time outside watching birds and playing with our dog than inside. And the stars are just phenomenal! Highly recommend this perfect lake house for your next get away! ##### Melissa S. The place was incredibly clean and tidy, but also cozy and welcoming. The furniture was all beautiful and new. The beds and linens comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked, including a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. We cooked every meal, and never wanted for any utensils. It was almost like being at home, but on a gorgeous lake! It's in a very quiet neighborhood, and we could see the milky way from the deck in the back. Early mornings we watched so many different kinds of birds at the lake, and we even saw fish in schools from the deck. The property was perfect for us and we hope to visit again. ##### Melissa S.
