Newly remodeled, this two-story home is a perfect blend of coziness and sophistication, offering tons of space for the whole family. Tucked into the hillside right next to the Pagosa Springs Golf Club, you’re an easy walk to the green, a mere 3 minutes from uptown shopping, restaurants and amenities, less than 10 minutes to downtown, and only 30 minutes from Wolf Creek. Beautiful mountain & lake views surround this home which overlooks the golf course and Pagosa Peak from the back deck & Pinon Reservoir from the front. With two primary bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and second living room downstairs with "mini gym" as well as a Peloton for those with a membership, this home is perfect for families or a group of friends to enjoy a Colorado mountain getaway. Now with Starlink internet and a fun Xbox to enjoy. This lovely home also has mini-split airconditioning in the two upstairs bedrooms and living area. Such a rare find here in the Colorado mountains. The first bedroom, with a queen-size bed, is located next to the wet bar and downstairs bathroom. It is outfitted with an electric stove and sliding glass doors to access the patio and hot tub.
