This log cabin style condo is centrally located near all uptown dining, shopping and Pagosa local's favorite coffee shop, Higher Grounds, you will love coming home after a day of adventure or a relaxing afternoon soaking in the healing waters Pagosa Springs is famous for! With its well appointed full kitchen and cozy dining room, this condo has everything you need. The living area has a TV, electric fireplace, ample seating and a Murphy bed. The private deck has a patio table and chairs and is accessible from the living room. This home is ideal for 2 people and their pups looking to escape to the mountains and unwind. Whether it be starting your day of play by sipping fresh coffee on the covered deck or unwinding with an evening movie, this condo is cozy, charming, and just what you need!  
  
\*\*SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your winter season travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. \- One small dog (30 lb or less) allowed with signed pet agreement and payment of pet fee.  
\- Must be 21 years old to reserve home  
\- No parties or number of people staying than what is paid for. These are causes for eviction with no refund  
\- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, and the manager may require proof of age  
\- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy, will be added to all reservation fees  
\- Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone’s home
