Ideally situated near all the amenities and attractions Pagosa Springs offers, our home is an ideal retreat for your next getaway. Step into our charming townhome, where comfort and mountain charm meet. After a day of adventures, step down and unwind in the warmth of the stone gas fireplace and wood beams in the inviting living room. The large dining table offers the perfect space to gather, share stories, and create lasting memories with loved ones. The main level features a king bedroom, a full bathroom, a welcoming living area, a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you’ll find the second and third bedrooms and another full bathroom, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - King bed with Smart TV and shared ensuite bathroom (main level) 2nd Bedroom - Queen bed with shared ensuite bathroom (2nd floor, accessible with two sets of stairs) 3rd Bedroom - Full bed and twin bed (2nd floor, accessible with two sets of stairs) As a guest, you’ll have access to Wyndham amenities (available for a daily fee), where you can enjoy pickleball, tennis, basketball, or even a fun-filled game of mini-golf with the family. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s. It was not ready at check in, the WiFi went out during our stay, the bathroom had mold, and some of the electrical outlets did not work. The beds were not comfortable and I would not recommend for a long stay. Location was great and the host did communicate, However we were disappointed in the accommodations. ##### Mandy W. In a convenient area of town close to grocery shopping, gas and an easy drive to Wolf Creek, downtown and the Springs. You will need to make sure you pack or bring cooking utensils as the condo does not have much by way of cooking items. Be sure to also bring extra trash bags, paper towels etc as is typical if you plan on staying more than a few days and using the kitchen. Fridge is large and new. Big dining table with leaf for larger families. Bring board games, cards etc, as the TV is smaller and does not have any streaming or cable for guests. (You can sign in on your own apps though!) All in all an easy place to stay, good communication from the management company. The condo is for sale as well. ##### CLS L.
