Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. We have stayed here several times now and the house is absolutely beautiful, always clean and so warm and welcoming. Feels like a home away from home. The master bedroom on the main level is gorgeous and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. This time around, when we arrived, the water was not working (due to an issue with the towns water, not the fault of the property owner), and we couldnt get any of the faucets to work when we first arrived. Even though we arrived late and it was 230am, the property manager was readily available to help us, and worked around the clock to restore water to the property and even brought us gallons of drinking water to hold us over until it was back on. They did everything they possibly could to fix the situation and make things right, and made our vacation the best. It is rare to find such kind and caring people to help with these things, and their willingness and dedication to fixing the water was absolutely incredible. We love this place and will ALWAYS return here for our family vacations. If i could give it 100 stars, i would! This place is the best, and the folks who manage it are amazing.
