The apartment sits next to a much larger rental property, so you may have to share the driveway. My only suggestion for improving this adorable little rental would be to add the ability to block out others from seeing into the large front windows. The views are magnificent. However, anyone renting the main house can look directly into the studio kitchen window. We will definitely choose this location again!! ##### Chastity R.
