This 1500 square foot home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 8\. It boasts a fully stocked chef’s kitchen that opens to a living area, a scenic covered front porch with a picnic table overlooks a lovely fenced yard. It has also has central heat and air conditioning (a rare amenity!). Direct access to home from insulated finished garage with ample room for gear storage and a Tesla EV charging station. Warm-up after a day in the mountains next to your living room gas fireplace and leather furniture. Brand new washer and dryer. Two large flat-screen smart TVs. Artisan artisans built this home with reclaimed Kentucky horse farm hardwood floors, Amish white oak kitchen table with benches, and hand-carved woodwork. All mattresses are Tuft and Needle. You enter the home in the living room that opens to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well stocked and all new appliances. The dining area is in the kitchen and opens to the living room where you can enjoy the gas fireplace or watch TV. There is a half bath off the living room. Beyond the kitchen is the laundry room and a little further is the Queen bed master suite with full bath, lots of windows and has a separate outside door. The 2 car tandem garage is accessible off the laundry area with a Tesla charging station. Upstairs are 2 very nice bedrooms with views. One with a queen, one with queen bunk beds.
