VR-014016. Comfortable and cozy 1006 square foot townhouse in uptown Pagosa Springs just off the Pagosa Springs golf course. Located near the airport, close to a disk golf course, with shopping and restaurants nearby. World's deepest hot springs for soaking are a five minute drive away. Local outdoor activities include lake and stream fishing less than two miles away, hiking in national forests, tubing in the local river, snowboarding, skiing, sledding and snowshoeing during the winter at local ski resorts. It is a five-minute drive to an RC plane park. Dark, clear skies at night for star-gazing and meteor spotting. This is a get-away home for relaxing with family or as a home base for adventuring
The townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood. It has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed. Perfect setting when your time is mostly away. Very cozy, good internet, good location. I will not hesitate to seek out this property in future trips to Pagosa. Close to a small lake, beautiful walk in the morning. Having a full kitchen plus appliances/dishes etc was also nice.

The house was in a great neighborhood that was nice and quiet. The space itself was very clean and had plenty of room for us to hang out in. Being from New Mexico, we definitely appreciated the native american decor that made us feel at home. Check in and check out were a breeze as well, would highly recommend.

Memorable White Christmas
We could not have asked for a more comfortable home for our White Christmas. Our family of 4's needs were complelely meet for our stay. From a box of Girl Scout cookies to plenty of comfortable bedding, we had no complaints. Add to this a stellar location, all kitchen needs, and impecable communication.
