Ideally situated just outside of Pagosa Springs and within easy reach of outdoor recreation, this two-bedroom retreat comes fully furnished for family-friendly comfort. A private hot tub is ready and waiting to welcome guests with soothing soaks after the day's adventures and a spacious covered deck sets the stage for home barbecues with a gas grill provided. A balcony off of the main floor makes an ideal perch for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Enjoy casual downtime in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV or head into the garage to challenge your guests to some friendly competition on the Ping-Pong table. The gleaming kitchen comes equipped with a gorgeous counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances for handling home cooking with ease. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Cozy and fun!
My family of 2 adults, four teens/tweens, and 2 labradors stayed here for about a week in early January. We went skiing for four days at Wolf Creek Ski Area which was about a 40 minute (dry roads) to 70 minute (icy/snowy) drive from the cabin. The skiing was amazing! Lots of snow! After skiing we would jump in the hot tub at the cabin which felt relaxing. In the evenings we played ping pong in the garage. The kitchen was decently stocked, and there was plenty of bedding blankets, etc. The fenced backyard was perfect for our two labradors. Communication was very easy with the rental management (Vacasa) through text message. We had fun and would definetly stay again.

We love Pagosa
A wonderful place to stay. The cabin was well decorated. Very clean except for the mold on the bottom of the shower curtains. Could use a drywall repair in the downstairs bedroom.

We had a great time and enjoyed the cabin and the surrounding neighborhood. The Cabin is on the main road so it is not quite or private. Located with great access to hiking and Hatcher Lake.

This cabin was cute, cozy, clean, and the perfect size for two people. The area was nice and private, and also very quiet. It was a little out further away from the town, but it was an easy drive to get into town. The only feedback I would offer is to disclose on the listing that there is no air conditioning. It would’ve made us more prepared to either bring a portable unit, or perhaps, choose another listing. I understand it’s the mountains, but current global warming I believe does not allow for absolutely no air or just fans to keep cool. A portable unit would’ve been perfect. If not for this, I would’ve given it five stars.

Perfect Family Getaway
The 2 feet of snow that fell... making the back yard a perfect place to build a snow fort... was just a bonus on top of the ping-pong and hot tubbing. The home is cozy and has everything you need to stay in for meals. Truly a home away from home! (We had so much fun playing ping-pong we ordered a table for our actual home!)

Was the perfect size for my wife, two daughters (7&10) and I for our week stay over Christmas. We really appreciated them decorating for Christmas complete with full size tree. Did not need to set up our tiny one we had brought! Very clean. Nice hot tub.
