Even though we didn't use these, they also had a backpack baby carrier and play yard. The hot tub was amazing and the views were spectacular. There were two families with 3 teenage boys and a young adult daughter. The beds were comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the kitchen was well more stocked than we imagined- they even had a crock pot! There was plenty of space for all of us and we did not feel cramped. Having 3 bathrooms was great and of course the washer & dryer was helpful because we got our laundry done before we left! The main area was cozy and we all shared the seating areas between the living and dining space. This was a perfect location between Pagosa Springs & Wolf Creek!! The layout was great for a family with kids. Kids loved the game room and arcade...hot tub was used daily...and the views from the deck couldn't be beat. The location was close enough to town, but still felt like you were away from it all.
