To the right of this leads to the living room with a large smart TV, electric wood stove, plentiful seating, and outdoor access. There is also a queen sofa sleeper! To the right of the living room leads to a full bathroom with a shower/ tub combination. Beyond is the first bedroom which features a full bed, closet space, and a reading chair. In the opposite direction and to the left is the master bedroom suite. The master bedroom offers a king bed, outdoor access, large smart TV, and plenty of storage. The master bathroom offers a luxurious shower- two shower heads from above as well as a detachable head, above timed heating, and audio features! Lots of room to spread out. TVs, appliances, furniture, and bedding were all top notch. Just a couple miles outside the downtown area, but close to many restaurants and the Walmart if you need to pick up anything. Definitely recommend. Management company was great from the beginning and very quick to respond to the small questions that we had. We definitely recommend this house. While there were just two of us in a 3 bedroom I can easily see it holding 6-7 people. The two living areas make for plenty of room to spread out. The home was immaculate and met all our needs. The management company was amazing. They stayed in touch with us to confirm everything was to our liking and asked if we needed anything. The home had every amenity you need for a comfortable stay. If you want to stay in and make dinner at home, it is equipped with a gourmet kitchen. Great home, great space. It was clean and the AC was much appreciated during the warm summer days. The dishes were well stocked. We struggled a little bit with bowls/supplies for cooking. Wonderful double oven, though only had 3 racks (I assume some were missing). Home was a short drive to the grocery store (walkable if you are not purchasing too many items) and easy to get to town. Oct 23, 2024 #### A great Weekend hideaway! What a great location in Pagosa Springs! We took a solid 4 days to embark on this property. Everything from the Vrbo Posting definitely held true! Very clean, organized, and fully prepared for our visit and stay. When we had any questions or concerns, the host was very responsive and accommodating to our questions of the area and the home. This property sits on a golf course so bring the clubs! Everything is centrally located, and truly is within a 5 minute drive to any of the area popular spots. The space is immaculate, and hosted 8 of us comfortably. A serene and quiet getaway in this established neighborhood. If you have the opportunity to get into this place I would not give it 5 stars, I would place a 9 or 10 star if it was allowed! You won't be disappointed. Oct 13, 2023 #### Great stay The house is sparkling clean, newer, maintained well, and iTrip offered us great customer service. They are easy to communicate with and are very responsive. They helped with my booking process, and I appreciated the fact that they live locally and actually know something about the rentals they manage. The house is on a well maintained dirt road with homes on either side; many are new construction. Most of the windows in the home are small and face the open area to the side of the house--no picture window views here, with no inviting outdoor patios, either. But we enjoyed perfect weather--just right for outdoor activities, so we spent much of the daytime hours away from the home. Meals were easy to prepare in the large and well stocked kitchen. With air conditioning for hot weather, the home is comfortable and clean. ##### Linda G.
