Directly ahead is a sitting room with ample seating and perfect for conversation. Further along and to the right is the dining room with a large farm-style dining table with custom lighting and seating for the whole family! Directly ahead is an amazing kitchen with amenities galore. All appliances are stainless steel and there is a double oven, hood vent stove, drip/Keurig coffee pot, deep sink, and so much more! Tucked in the corner is a workspace with a monitor and printer for convenience! To the right of this leads to the living room with a large smart TV, electric wood stove, plentiful seating, and outdoor access. There is also a queen sofa sleeper! To the right of the living room leads to a full bathroom with a shower/ tub combination. Beyond is the first bedroom which features a full bed, closet space, and a reading chair. In the opposite direction and to the left is the master bedroom suite. The master bedroom offers a king bed, outdoor access, large smart TV, and plenty of storage. The master bathroom offers a luxurious shower- two shower heads from above as well as a detachable head, above timed heating, and audio features! Across the hall leads to the second bedroom suite which boasts another king bed, smart TV, and outdoor access. The bathroom features a gorgeous, tiled walk-in shower. Great home, great space. It was clean and the AC was much appreciated during the warm summer days. The dishes were well stocked. We struggled a little bit with bowls/supplies for cooking. Wonderful double oven, though only had 3 racks (I assume some were missing). Home was a short drive to the grocery store (walkable if you are not purchasing too many items) and easy to get to town. Property manager was great in communication and was even able to get us in a few hours early. I would definitely recommend and rent again! ##### Kim W. TVs, appliances, furniture, and bedding were all top notch. Just a couple miles outside the downtown area, but close to many restaurants and the Walmart if you need to pick up anything. Definitely recommend. Management team were fantastic as well and checked on us if we needed anything. ##### Travis R. The house was a great size for us and wasn’t lacking anything. Our group had two toddlers and an infant, and the house worked perfectly. The host was so helpful and got us the baby gear we needed. Extremely quiet neighborhood with wildlife everywhere. House was perfect for 2 couples with an extra room and bath. The layout is great with each bedroom having access to its own bath. A great location that is easy to bike anywhere in the uptown area. The air conditioning worked well. The house is very conveniently located and in a very nice area. We loved walking around the neighborhood and being a short drive from the main activities in Pagosa.
