This newly redecorated and remodeled townhome with central AC and heat is located in the Pagosa Lakes area,3 miles west of downtown. Within walking distance are the grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, golf course, tennis courts, and recreation center. A short scenic drive will bring you to the Wolf Creek Ski area(25 minutes)and also several hiking and fishing destinations. Also close by is the famous Pagosa hot springs and tube/raft the beautiful San Juan River (10 minutes). The 3 bedroom townhouse comfortably sleeps 6, 1 King, 1 Queen, One twin ,1 queen size sleeper sofa .Both bathrooms have double sinks with granite vanities as well as brand new tub/showers. New linens have been provided throughout. The master bedroom which has a 32 inch smart tv and Roku device (just bring your passwords) and bathroom are located on the lower level along with the kitchen and dining room. Also on the lower level is the living room which boasts a gas fireplace and a new 42 inch LCD television with roku device .Free WI-FI is provided. The one additional bedroom and second bath are located on the upper level. The full kitchen includes all new Whirlpool appliances and is fully equipped with all new dishes,cookware,and utensils. Coffee pot, keurig, and large crock pot. Plus there is a grill on the patio .A full size washer and dryer are located in the utility room also on the lower floor. A small supply of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper are supplied to get you started. Anything else needed can be purchased at Walmart. Many amenities were available to make it feel like home. I especially appreciated having two sofas and a recliner chair in the living room. It was only 5 min. from downtown Pagosa Springs. Séjour de 2 nuits en juin 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### John Weller A. 7 juill. 2025 Points faibles : Propreté #### Disappointed Looking forward to our trip, and after driving all day, we were pretty exhausted when we got there so didn’t notice a lot of things right away. In a couple of sentences, I can say we thought it was misrepresented in VRBO. The next morning, upon waking up, we started to realize how filthy the place was. There was mold in the dishwasher, hair in the drawers in the refrigerator, there were several lights out around the apartment, couple of drawers wouldn’t close as they were broken, the grill was unusable. It was so filthy. The porch was so full of leaves, spider webs, spiders and dirt that it was pretty much unusable. The washing machine was filthy with buildup from detergent and fabric softener. The master bath had mold in it and obviously hadn’t been deep cleaned for a long time. I could go on and on, but basically we felt trapped as it was a holiday week and we had already paid for the stay. Contacting the owners they were very responsive, but lived in Texas so there wasn’t much they could do but get their cleaning person to come in and remedy the situation. When the cleaning person came the following day, she had a bucket in her hand and walked into the kitchen where I told her I had other things that needed attention as well. With attitude, she was immediately short with me, told me she didn’t have to listen to me and stormed out.This is why this was very disappointing and we request a partial refund. Their pictures do not represent the true nature of this condo. It was plenty of room for our family of 5 and is in a great location. I was a bit surprised that it was a condo as the listing says entire home. There weren’t a great deal of pictures of the actual building. That said, though not what we were expecting, the space was nice. We had pretty much everything needed, but if you are staying for a week, you may want to bring/buy extra paper towels and toilet paper. That was the only thing we ran low on. The front and parking area are super dark at night, and though there are lights, I could not find a way to turn them on. Not a huge issue, but something that would be helpful. Overall the place was fairly clean, though some areas need some attention. We didn’t have to reach out to the host for any reason while there, as they left great instructions for check in and check out. I did reach out before booking and they were quick to respond.we stayed here for a ski trip, so for the most part we were there to sleep and for a few meals, but we did make use of the dvds and watched The Chronicles of Narnia one night. ##### Ryan H.
