The deck offers incredible views of deer, duck, geese, magnificent long range mountain views as well as a panoramic view of Pagosa Springs and the world famous Hot Springs. The deck is so close to the river that you could actually fish from the deck as well as enjoy the relaxing sounds of the river from the master bedroom window upstairs. New covered deck with sky lights & recessed lighting overlooking the river! I have appointed my townhome with many of the features that discriminating travelers expect in their lodging, such as a HD flat screen SMART TV with satellite stations, incredibly comfortable beds and two new king size beds or twin beds to greet you after your active day in the mountains, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to grab a quick meal or, if you choose, prepare a gourmet meal to enjoy in the beautiful dining room. New carpet in the bedrooms and wood floors on the landings. Freshly painted and always new decor. Riverdance is located within walking distance of Pagosa Springs where you can enjoy this delightful mountain village with its movie theater, fabulous food, a brand new nature hiking trail on the river and of course the world famous hot springs. In winter Pagosa Springs is world famous for its powder snow and you will find the world class Wolf Creek Ski area just a short 20 minute drive from your front door. Beth is an amazing host and so sweet! She maintains a fantastic place in Pagosa and is so great to work with. The location is ideal and we love visiting! The house is perfect for our family of 5\. We love being on the river and the kids love the ping pong table in the garage. And nothing is more relaxing than coffee on the patio in the morning, except for maybe wine on the patio in the evening. ##### jeff l. You can walk to town and the hot springs and it’s an easy drive to Wolf Creek. The host is very attentive and the condo is the most stocked rental we have ever stayed in. This is property deserves 5 stars in every category! The property is an easy walk to downtown. Although it’s close to town it’s in a quiet neighborhood; the only noises you’ll hear are the river running past your windows and the geese on the river. The first things you’ll notice when entering the home are that it’s immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is so well outfitted that you could make and serve a holiday dinner! There are closets of extra blankets, towels and pillows. The host has also stocked everything you may have forgotten such as extra toothpaste, sunscreen etc.The host quickly responded to texts both before and during our visit. The entire area around Pagosa Springs lost power during our visit. Our host came over to ensure that everything was working in the home when power came back to the city.
