It is a quiet resort style room complete with custom hand carved furniture, KING SIZED BED, wrap around completely private courtyard with private stone fountain, outdoor STONE shower, large hammered copper tub, indoor copper spa shower and private Kiva fireplace (for winter use) and walk in closet. \-----The second master is our 'Apache Suite'. Located on the second floor with its own private entrance up the Kiva watchtower, the Hualapai Suite has a custom hand carved queen bed with amazing views of the Colorado River and Grand Canyon. A private tiled bath with a Rain Shower and copper sink adjoins the suite. \-----Our 'Pueblo Suite' is our family suite. Entering the room through its own private courtyard entrance, the Yavapai Suite features a custom hand crafted Queen bed accented with Suagro from Arizona as well as a matching bunk configured bed. The upper bed is a extra long twin while the bottom bunk is an extra long full sized bed. The full bath showcases a beautiful custom shower with unique southwest features. PATIOS: There is a lower patio, rooftop patio and private patio off the Master Suite. The lower patio and rooftop patio have stunning views of the Grand Canyon, Colorado River, Glen Canyon Dam, Lale Powell and the surrounding desert. The private patio off the master is just that-private. It is surrounded by adobe type walls and features a stone water feature and outdoor stone shower off master bath. INTERIOR: The main living area features a comfortable living room and Kiva style fireplace (Winter use only), a fuly stocked southwestern kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, a wet bar with sink and beverage cooler, a dining bar and dining area. The living area is surrounded by Santa Fe Style Mission doors for viewing the not only the panoramic vistas but also the courtyard stone water feature! PARKING: Parking at the Kiva Cliff House is expansive. With 4000sf of rustic cobblestone pavers, any length boat and trailer can find a parking spot along with several more vehicles. Please Note: There are four exterior SECURITY CAMERAS directed out to the perimeter of the Kiva Cliff House home where there should be no reasonable expectation of privacy since all areas surveilled are clearly visible to the neighbors and to the general public. All SECURITY CAMERAS primarily serve as a deterrent to trespassing as well as to capture forensics in the event of a break in or home invasion. We rented this house for a family getaway and we were very happy with our stay. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the appliances and amenities needed. The views are incredible and it’s a plus to have the Page Rim Trail right outside the door. The pool and jacuzzi were big hits and the upstairs patio area was great for nighttime sky viewing! We were greeted by the owner’s pleasant and accommodating representative. She afforded a thorough walk through, while enjoying our mounting chorus of WOW’s!! The Kiva is by far the warmest home of any we’ve enjoyed. The layout and decor triggered a sense that you were truly staying in a modern Hopi Kiva. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and visiting areas were over the top for a VRBO offered at the rate we were charged! Our crew enjoyed the hot tub and pool every evening, closing out several with a few beverages in the awe-inspiring upper balcony while star gazing. We highly recommend the Kiva Cliff House if you are planning a stay in the Lake Powell area. We hope to enjoy it again at some point. ##### David E. The pool, views, and details of the home were perfection. Every amenity you could possibly need or want was provided. The hostess was very attentive and friendly. It is really an incredible home.The views are amazing. You can walk for hours on trails right outside the house. Page is a great base for a trip to southwest. We've stayed in many VRBOs over the years and our family agrees this home was one of our favorites! Sheree met us at the door and gave us a personal tour of the property, how to operate the spa, fireplaces, etc. The home was super clean- so many towels (separate pool towels) including wash clothes, extra blankets, coffee, shampoo, laundry detergent. No detail left behind. The kids loved having their own space... the 2 bedrooms are not inside the main house but are secure in a locked area so parents don't need to worry. The views were amazing and the home was close to restaurants and the grocery store (short dries). Horseshoe bend was just 5 minutes away and Antelope Canyon 15 minutes away via car. Everything as pictured and location/views are amazing as described. Easy access to Page, Glenn Canyon, Lake Powell, and the many slot canyons around like Antelope canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Was a bit cooler than hoped for this Spring, but the amazing hot tub allowed for us to enjoy the bottom deck. A bit too chilly/windy to take advantage of the upper deck which looked great with even better views and so many stars at night. Stayed with our family of four with two boys aged 10 and 12 and my brother and sister in law. The layout of the house provided a great amount of privacy for all. ##### Robert N. This property in Page is in a very central location to many different activities. Shopping, restaurants, hiking, and excursions are all within a few minutes drive. Not to mention the hiking trail just out your back door! 2\. The view from this property is outstanding. 3\. We traveled with a group of friends so appreciated the privacy of the 3 very segregated bedrooms. But if traveling with young children, be advised that you have to go outside to get to each individual bedroom. 4\. The kitchen was nice to cook in and all of the appliances/cookware we would need were provided. Also included some spices which was nice. 5\. Check out procedures were very minimal which made the end of our vacation stress-free. 6\. I had read other reviews that the hot tub didn't get hot enough - but we didn't have any issues. We knew to start it well before we wanted to use it to give it some time to heat up. 7\. The house manager was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Negatives: 1\. The bedroom temperature was not easy to regulate. We stayed the last week in March which is apparently right in the middle of when they switch everything over from winter to summer. They had not activated the air conditioning so the bedrooms were quite warm. 2\. The pool deck was very small. There is only seating for 2 people down there (which is the only outdoor shade). And the owner didn't want us moving additional furniture into that area. 3\. The upstairs full-sun patio is nice when it's cool outside, but as soon as it gets warm, it would be tough to enjoy that area without shade. 4\. When we arrived, there was a very strong pine-sol smell - which made it seem clean, but it didn't take long to stumble upon cob webs and old used band-aids.
