Large windows frame lush garden views, creating a peaceful, private atmosphere where you can truly unwind.  
  
The garden attracts native birdlife - listen for the bellbirds and tūī that inspired the home’s name. Despite its tranquil setting, you’re just moments from the best of Paekākāriki. The beach is a short stroll away, perfect for a morning swim or sunset walk, while the village centre, with its cafés, boutique shops, and the Paekākāriki Station Museum, is only a few minutes’ drive.  
  
For outdoor enthusiasts, the Escarpment Track starts nearby, offering breathtaking views over the Kāpiti Coast, and Queen Elizabeth Park, just a ten-minute drive away, invites cycling, picnics, and scenic walks through coastal dunes.
