This beautiful house completely new and equipped to welcome you, will be a haven of peace in Tahiti. You will find all the amenities and comfort necessary to have a quiet place to work or relax. To increase the accommodation capacity, this accommodation can be combined with 2 other adjoining units located on the same land by the sea: Villa Kahaia and Fare Pitate. This charming house offers 2 air-conditioned rooms, one with a double bed (160x190) and the second room with 2 single beds (90x190). The large living room with kitchen area overlooking the terrace and therefore the beach, enjoys a beautiful light and a breathtaking view of our beautiful lagoon. For a reservation of 1 to 2 people: Room number 1, equipped with a large bed for two people, will be open and available. You will also have access to all other rooms of the house as well as to the outdoor areas. For a reservation of 3 to 4 people: In addition to room number 1, all beds in room number 2 will also be at your disposal. We would like to remind you that electricity in French Polynesia represents a significant cost and that we count on your collaboration for a responsible use of electrical equipment, including air conditioning. We would like to thank you for: • Use air conditioning only when you are present and at a reasonable temperature (ideally 26°C). • Make sure to turn off electrical appliances and lights when you leave the dwelling. • Close doors and windows when air conditioning is on for greater efficiency. In case of abnormally high consumption, an adjustment to the fee could be applied. The accommodation is independent with private parking, entry into the property is done in autonomous mode with a secure key box. Towels, hair dryer and linens are provided. Shower gel and shampoo are available for your comfort. The house is equipped with a washing machine and laundry that you can use at your convenience. The welcome booklet will be sent to you before your arrival to facilitate your installation. A 1-seater kayak is at your disposal to enjoy the lagoon, but pay attention to the conditions because the lagoon can be bad. To join the villa, you have two options: Rent a car, recommended option to fully enjoy your stay in Tahiti, especially since two parking spaces are available. Take a taxi from the airport if you only need a transfer (about 6000 XPF per trip). It’s good to know that our host Deanna also owns two other houses in the same property: The Villa Kahaia (capacity 6 people) and the Fare Pitate (capacity 4 people) located by the sea. If you have any additional questions or need information about these other homes, please ask. Tap water is not potable in the municipality of Paea. 🛠️ In case of damage or loss We understand that accidents can happen. If you break or lose something during your stay, please inform us immediately. This allows us to act quickly and, if necessary, to call upon Abritel Cover insurance, intended for this type of situation. No complicated steps will be asked of you, and this avoids any misunderstanding. Your transparency is always appreciated, and this helps to maintain the quality of accommodation for all travelers. Thank you for your understanding and attention. An outdoor shower will allow you to rinse before lounging on our sunbeds and a barbecue available will make your meals even more tasty. We came to Tahiti to celebrate our 55th anniversary. When we arrived we found the house very clean and everything was organized well. There was even coffee and sugar and many condiments. Le Fare est fonctionnel, bien décoré, bien équipé, jardins magnifiques et parfaitement entretenus : très agréable à vivre. La salle d'eau supplémentaire extérieure est un vrai plus ! La construction traditionnelle du Fare et le fait d'être directement face au lagon a fait qu'il n'y faisait pas trop chaud. Nous n'avons quasiment pas eu de moustiques de tout le mois d'août. L'emplacement était aussi idéal, face au lagon, avec vue sur Moorea, ombragé, plage privée, proche des plus belles plages et Marae, avec petit supermarché et roulotte de qualité à proximité immédiate. Le seul point d'attention est la passe du gouverneur juste en face. Il faut être extrêmement prudent et bien se renseigner sur les courants qui sont permanents et peuvent être puissants dès que la houle dépasse 1m de hauteur. Prévoir des chaussures d'eau. Nous allions souvent à pied en longeant le bord de mer jusqu'à la plage de la résidence "White Plage" afin de nous mettre à l'eau pour faire du snorkeling en se laissant tranquillement dériver jusqu'au fare MikiMiki : raies, tortues, pointes noires, murènes, bénitiers, poissons par milliers... Nous avons aussi régulièrement observé les baleines depuis le fare, juste en face de l'autre côté de la barrière de corail qui est à 500m.
