### Family & Group Villa : 2 Private Pools, BBQ, Parking, Near Granada, Sleeps 13

The villa is called Los geranios de Elvira, it is located just 13 kms from Granada and 45 Kms from the beach, making it ideal to move to any point of Granada, the ski slopes, the beach or Andalusia, since the access to the highway is 3 kms. It is located in a quiet urbanization at the foot of the mountain where the Sierra Nevada National Park begins in Padul.   
Los geranios de Elvira is a great and spacious independent villa of 300 m2 within a plot of 740 m2 with two private pools which makes it perfect for families with children, groups of friends, etc. .  
  
The villa is distributed on two floors with independent access: 2 living rooms, 2 full kitchens, 1 rustic living room-kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 basements for recreational use which are accessed from the pools. Air conditioning / heating throughout the house.  
  
In the Outdoor area:  
2 beautiful saltwater pools where you can enjoy the BBQ area, 2 large outdoor dining rooms, both with garden chairs or sunbathing on one of the sun loungers. Enjoy our garden, where you will find thyme, lavender, rosemary, lemon, pear trees and of course the Elvira Geraniums within the plot of 740mt2\. It has parking within the plot of up to 4 cars and also at the door you can easily park 3 cars.  
  
The Ville:  
  
On the ground floor: It has a large dining room of 2 meters with two Chaslongue and an ultra-equipped kitchen attached to the living room with American bar and with direct access to one of the pools and the outdoor dining area. 3 bedrooms: A master bedroom as a double bed, and 2 bedrooms with two large single beds in each bedroom. A full bathroom with hydromassage shower. All rooms and the living room have air conditioning / heating.  
Possibility of one or two additional seats in Chaslongue Bed in the lounge on the ground floor. Consult us  
  
On the upper floor: Independent access through external stairs has a dining room, a very well equipped kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. A master bedroom with a double bed, a room with 3 large single beds and another bedroom with two single beds. This floor has a large bathroom with hydromassage bath. All rooms and the living room have air conditioning / heating.  
  
Recreational basements: Both pools have access to recreational basements. Both are spacious with more than 40 m2 each. In one of them you can find a more rustic living room-kitchen with everything you need to use when you are enjoying the pool as well as a bathroom with shower. In the other basement you can find a large area where children and adults can play and enjoy a game of billiards, some darts, a game of poker or a game of ping-pong. It also has a bathroom with shower.  
  
Leisure in the area:  
In addition to visiting the Alhambra, going to the beach, visiting the shopping centers of the capital or the ski resort, Padul offers many possibilities: hiking in the mountains, the Mammoth route next to the lagoon, horseback riding in the lagoon , paddle tennis courts, Santa Clara golf course 9 kms.   
  
Of course, Los Geranio de Elvira has free Wi-Fi, towels for all tenants, sheets, pillows, bedspreads, condiments, hand soap, cleaning supplies and bottles of Welcome Water all included in the price.  
We have 2 cots and portable high chair - on request-

Propreté irréprochable, logement très adapté pour un groupe de 13 personnes et bien équipé. Seul petit bémol : pas de communication entre les deux parties de la maison via le derrière de la maison. (exemple : porte entre les deux piscines et terrasses). la communication se fait par le devant. Propriétaires très chouettes et très réactifs dès qu'on rencontre un petit problème. On recommande

Casa muy nueva y totalmente equipada. Exterior con barbacoa muy cuidado. El anfitrión muy atento y disponible en todo momento. Como única pega diría la calefacción, era diciembre y el primer día pasamos un pelín de frío hasta que la casa cogió temperatura.

Nous étions 2 familles de 3 enfants : la maison était adaptée pour tous ! Extrêmement propre, très bien équipée. Le fait d'avoir 2 piscines est un vrai plus ! Quartier très calme. Grenade est accessible en 15 minutes. Un grand merci à Irène, José et Juan qui sont accueillants, souriants et très réactifs ! Nous recommandons fortement cette location en famille ou entre amis.
