Great location downtown, with a historical building that houses this apt. Everything was as described in the listing, no surprises at all. Great communication with the host about the check in process, and she even sent me a note about a downtown festival that might impact our check in. Close to everything downtown, 4 blocks from the Ohio River boardwalk. Both bedrooms are away from the downtown streets, no issue with noise at all. This is an apartment in a downtown area, so no driveway parking. BUT, there are plenty of safe public lots about a block away or less. Also a few business that open their lots for public parking during none business hours. Would definitely stay here again. Try the bread pudding waffles at the Gold Rush across the street, you can thank me later. ##### Andrew A.
