Room was dirty. Looked like soda was sprayed on the wall and never cleaned. Tiles were loose in the bathroom, and there was a random recliner shoved in the corner of the room that blocked access to the night stand. The room was fairly quiet, though, and convenient for where we needed to be that day.

No light bulbs in one of the rooms and no air filter in the same room. Half working air conditioner in the other. The best thing I can say is that we didn't bring home bed bugs. The property needs a serious update/remodel. Some staff were very friendly and then two went room to room to confirm my checkout two hours prior to checkout and I've never had that happen at any motel ever. There were also some very weird smells in the motel and the elevator. There was no protection on the mattresses to help prevent the spread of bed bugs if ever they were introduced to the motel.

When I checked in, I had booked 2 rooms a year almost in advance. I called 7 hrs before to confirm my rooms before my friends and I drove there. Which was 7 hrs of driving. So on arrival I was speaking to a woman named CAROL. She right of the begining says you only have one room. I kindly said I called and confirmed earlier. Oh then she just blew up and started cussing my friend and I telling us she was canceling our stay and alot of other things. After all we had to pretty much just lay in the floor and beg her because there was no other room in miles and miles. All in all a bs run down crappy place. Only stayed because there was no other rooms. But CAROL SHOULD NOT HAVE A JOB PERIOD!

Stayed 4 nights- no room service of any kind Had to get toilet paper and Kleenex when they ran out; the TV remote had to be replaced because the buttons were too sticky even the handle on the hair dryer was sticky - dogs barking in the 3rd floor hallway at 2 am and … Will never stay there again
