The accommodation is located in the Savonarola area, a few minutes' walk from Padua's train station and the city center, and just 800 meters from the Scrovegni Chapel.  
  
All major amenities, such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies, are within easy reach.  
  
The apartment features a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony.

For assisted check-in, if requested, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be charged, to be paid in cash upon arrival (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM).

For check-ins from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM, which must be done at the apartment, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival:

EUR 50 from 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM  
  
Check-in after 1:00 AM is not possible, even for a fee.  
  
The apartment is located in the Savonarola area, a quiet neighborhood between Padua's train station and the city center, just steps from Piazza Mazzini.  
  
The location is ideal for visiting the city center: Giotto's Scrovegni Chapel is just 800 meters away, while the most important squares such as Piazza delle Erbe, Piazza della Frutta, and Piazza dei Signori are less than a 20-minute walk from the property.  
  
By tram or bus, in about 10 minutes you can reach both the Basilica of Sant'Antonio and the renowned Prato della Valle, as well as the Riviera Mussato, which also overlooks the historic University and its Palazzo Bò, as well as countless buildings of medieval and Roman origin (such as the 13th-century Porta Altinate and the pedestrian street of the same name).  
  
\- Osteria Al Traguardo: 4 minutes on foot;  
  
\- L'Antico Chicco di Caffè (Bar): 1 minute on foot;  
  
\- iN's Mercato (Supermarket): 2 minutes on foot.  
  
\- From Padua Train Station, the apartment is an 8-minute walk away;  
  
\- From Venice Marco Polo Airport, take bus E015-V and get off at the "Padova Autostazione" stop, a 12-minute walk from the property;  
  
\- By car, you can park for free in white lines or for a fee in blue lines near the property (not guaranteed).
