Apartment on the second floor with lift, recently renovated, perfect just minutes from the historic center.  
Served by many public transport, close to the main roads.  
Great for a relaxing break.  
On the attic floor terrace with fireplace to be with friends and celebrate in the cool evening.  
Beautiful penthouse in a very green area of Padua  
Very close to the main transit routes, via del plebiscito and the ring roads.  
Renovated in 2013, equipped with all comforts is accessible by elevator, in addition to internal staircase.  
Private internal parking with remote control.  
Very familiar environment.  
Very airy, does not require air conditioning,.  
A city tax of 1 euro per day for a maximum of 5 days will be required upon arrival.

#### Posizione strategica sia per il Centro che per l'ospedale. Curato e dotato di ogni comfort.

Siamo stati ospiti di Primo per una settimana e ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per la sua disponibilitá e cortesia sia per il livello dell'appartamento. Pulitissimo e super accessoriato: lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, lavasciuga, macchina da caffè Nespresso, Phone "vero"!! Per non parlare della qualità dell'arredamento e della vista dal balcone sulla basilica di Santa Giustina e su quella di Sant'Antonio. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.
