It as a comfortable hotel and our room was spacious. Bathrooms were excellent but beds were beyond firm and really hard. They need to repair front entrance round recessed carpet that several people were tripping over including myself.

Excellent place to stay
We stayed two nights in this fantastic hotel. It is an old but stylish hotel. Staff are very polite and helpfull. This hotel has 3 swimming pools with lots of spa jets etc. We only had breakfast as part of the package but dinner and lunch is available. Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Europa Terme delivers!
Old-world spaciousness and classical charm, comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The personnel obviously has a good training and nice, positive attitude. Special thanks to Angelo, who is doing a wonderful job at the front desk and speaks excellent English, and Monica, who does a great job administering mud treatments. These guys do deliver!

Not 4 stars - depressing atmosphere
This town is suitable for folks over 70. There really isn't anything to do here but sit at an ice cream shop or two and walk around the block. The sandwich and pizza joint, Doug, is a good place to grab and cheap and quick bite. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. I really don't see this hotel being rated 4 stars in the states under any circumstances. They lacked basic things like and iron in the rooms. The rooms had a distinct smell familiar to moth balls and the lights were fluorescent!!!!!! What kind of hotel uses fluorescent lighting????

nice spa overnight after Venice
checked in late(about 2 am). clerk seemed off put & wanted to keep my passport until the next day so he could 'do the paper work' I think it was because he wasn't quite sure what to do?. breakfast was great but we attended at near end of serving so some breakfast items were not replenished. thermal pools were amazing but you need to wear a head cap (no one enters without one which was a bit militant). would stay here again.

Strange and uncomfortable schedule of facilities.
Hotel facilities as pool and sauna are closed for 3.5 hours in middle of day! That cause a lot of uncomfortable staying in hotel. Very simple even to say continental breakfast make vacation similar to business trip and not private.

Tappa di una notte per lavoro. Ambiente rilassante, belle piscine e buoni spazi benessere in generale, ampi spazi comuni. La camera single superior è più ampia di alcune camere matrimoniali di altri hotel. Esperienza quindi positiva e valida alternativa, per chi è in zona per lavoro, al pernottamento a Padova

It is a very cozy hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The area around the hotel is nicely maintained and clean. Almost all guests were Italiens. The town was pretty closed in week 30 and it was hard to find open restaurants and shops. From week 31 there was more life in the hotel and in the city. The restaurants opened and so did several shops. The life of the city seems adapted to Italy's (for us) late holiday season.

Tolles Hotel mit Super-Service
Wir wurden im Hotel Europa Terme sehr freundlich und kompetent empfangen. Das Morgenessen (Buffet) war sehr lecker und das Abendessen mit Vorspeisenbuffet und dann 3 Gänge + Dessert serviert war ein Highlight. Das Servierpersonal war top und sehr aufmerksam. Es gibt eine gepflegte Weinkarte mit feinen und erstaunlich preiswerten Weinen. Die Pool-Anlage ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Es gibt genügend Liegestühle.

Très belle surprise.
Hôtel soigné avec un personnel très attentionné. Tout est fait pour satisfaire la clientèle. Les serveurs sont aux petits soins et très agréables, souriants. Le SPA est magnifique et classe. Les soins dont excellents. La masseuse Angela est fantastique.

Esperienza positiva in tutto. Reception, personale di servizio e struttura più che ottimi. La loro parola d'ordine è cercare di accontentare sempre il cliente. Struttura molto curata e situata a 300 m. circa dalla zona pedonale. Valutazione finale superlativo. Ci ritornerò sicuramente il prossimo anno.

Ottimo hotel
Hotel in pieno centro facilmente raggiungibile da Padova in stile classico pulito ed elegante,la camera confortevole e spaziosa il materasso comodo,la colazione abbondante a buffet,la cucina ottima e varia ringrazio in particolare il personale di sala Salvatore e Alda sempre sorridenti e disponibili.L'area relax è piacevole con tisane e mele sempre disponibili, bravi la massaggiatrice Carla ed il fisioterapista Mirko.Ottima la fangoterapia e segnalo Monica: persona davvero professionale e cortese. La zona delle piscine è decisamente accogliente ed ampia con tante postazioni idromassaggio, la grotta del sale,il bagno turco e la sauna. Nell'insieme l'hotel è all'altezza delle 4 stelle e adatto ad un soggiorno lungo per effettuare le cure termali oppure una breve pausa di pochi giorni. Lo consiglio senz'altro

Я останавливалась в Абано Терме в 3-х отелях и этот отель оказался самым комфортным для отдыха и лечения. 1. Отель удачно расположен вблизи променада, автобусных остановок в Монтегротто и Падую. Рядом много различных магазинчиков, в том числе продовольственный. 2. Идеальная чистота на территории отеля и в номерах. Интерьер выполнен в классическом стиле.В номерах тихо и уютно, есть все необходимое. 3. Очень доброжелательный и внимательный персонал (не говорящий по-русски, но с другими языками проблем не было). 4. Очень чистые крытый и 2 открытых бассейна с отличными гилромассажами, ароматическим душем, сауной и гротами. 5. Отличный СПА центр с грязелечением, квалифицированными массажистами и косметологами. После процедур можно выпить ромашковый чай, съесть яблоко. 6. Особо хочется отметить ресторан: все очень вкусное, свежее, много рыбы, морепродуктов, фруктов, десертов, мороженного. Особенно понравились гала-ужины по понедельникам и четвергам. Метрдотель и официанты очень внимательные, дружелюбные, работают быстро. 7. В отеле отдыхают очень приличные люди, многие приезжают неоднократно. Одна Французская пара отдыхает в этом отеле в течение 25 лет Недостатки: 1. Однообразные завтраки по типу "шведский стол" - за 2 недели ассортимент блюд не менялся. 2. В отеле 2 лифта, один из которых был сломан в течение 5 дней, при этом второй лифт в это время тоже ломался. Нет грузового лифта для перевозки багажа и белья. Но это не испортило общее отличное впечатление!!!

Cure termali e relax assicurato
Sono stata benissimo in questa struttura. 5 giorni di relax totale. Oltre ai fanghi terapeutici in convenzione ho potuto fruire della splendida piscina calda interna ed esterna. Con i suoi giochi/massaggio d'acqua. La grotta, il bagno turco. Il ristorante offre una scelta davvero soddisfacente in qualità e quantità. Inoltre, la struttura è proprio davanti ad una passeggiata in centro con pista ciclabile e prati d'erba. In questo albergo praticamente non manca nulla per sentirsi bene. Suggerirei solo di aggiornare il pacchetto Office della postazione computer, con la quale non siamo riusciti a leggere un file ricevuto per mail. Piccola cosa rispetto al servizio di livello, la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale. In particolare ricordo la gentilezza e lo stile di Claudio e di un altro signore alla reception. Da loro massima attenzione e pronto riscontro a domande e consigli. Solo da una ragazza della reception ho percepito un approccio algido e propensione polemica; non ricordo il nome ma la famiglia che magistralmente gestisce la struttura con un po' di audit non troverà difficile capire di chi parlo. Credo che sicuramente tornerò, in quanto la struttura ha ampiamente soddisfatto le aspettative.

RELAX A 4 STELLE
Abbiamo passato 3 giorni meravigliosi in questo fantastico Hotel, dotato di ogni comfort; il soggiorno è stato perfetto in tutto: la struttura è davvero bellissima, le piscine sono spettacolari e tutti i servizi che offre rendono la permanenza piacevolissima e rilassante. Inoltre, la posizione è perfetta per una bella passeggiata e per lo shopping! Il personale è stato molto cortese e professionale, non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Ci torneremo senz'altro e a breve!!!!

Komfortables sauberes ruhiges Hotel.
Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm ruhig und vermittelt einen gepflegten Eindruck. Zur Zeit waren noch Umbauarbeiten, die jedoch schon fast abgeschlossen waren, sodass dies in keinster Weise störte. Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer mit einer riesigen Terrasse und eine schöne Aussicht. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Das Essen ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl. Würde das Hotel jedem Weiterempfehlen.

Unerwartet schön! Komme gerne wieder!
Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Essen ist fantastisch. Alle Angestellten sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es herrscht eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Fango Therapie ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Thermalanlage ist gross, mit zwei Swimmingpools draussen und innen ausgestattet.

l'hotel era perfetto, ma il materasso della camera era con le molle e alcune molle uscivano dal materasso. La stanza e il bagno erano molto ampie. In tutti gli hotel che sono stato il migliore in assoluto.
