Great hotel, beautiful area
We stayed in one of the newer rooms; it was lovely. The bar man was really lovely. One of the ladies on reception spoke really good English and was very helpful. The pool was lovely, so warm! The facilities were great. One rule we did not know was about wearing a swimming hat in the water but the hotel kindly provided us with these. All was very enjoyable and recommend this hotel.

This is the first hotel in my life that I can’t checkout before 7AM. I had a colleague catching an earlier flight that he left at about 5 AM. He was not able to pay,which I had to pay for him after 7 AM. What if he was traveling alone without me. Catching early flight is not unusual for business travelers and their weird policy is definitely not friendly.

Vacation from your vacation
We were the only English speaking guests. There is an antique market just outside the hotel on the second Sunday of the month. Pool is beautiful with many jets for aching muscles. You need a swim cap for the pool. We had a great respit during our vacation in italy. The Saturday night dinner was excellent. The town offers shopping and restaurants. The pizza place next door has the best pizza.

Hotel is well located with a friendly staff. The facilities seem dated. The restaurant was excellent and they provided a wonderful special meal for Valentine's day with live music! It seems a bit overpriced. They are constantly looking to add charges. The promised WiFi didn't work, which is a bummer since you book based on wifi access!!

The Hotel is nice and clean. It would be better if they speak English. I speak a bit of french and as Latin american I speak Spanish. It was difficult to communicate with the front desk lady all in French. They have to be more prepare to receive tourism for other countries not only Europe, and to speak a language that is international such as English.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Dennoch finden wir das Hotel nicht behindertengerecht. Die Dusche war zu eng und hatte keinen Haltegriff, das WC viel zu tief. Es gab zu viele sehr enge Aufzüge. Bei dem Thema Aufzüge oder Fahrstühle habe ich Sicherheitsbedenken. Beim Betreten der Schwimmhalle fehlten mir 2-3 Haltegriffe.

Un problema con la camera, non risolvibile nel breve termine e che ha reso infattibile passare lì la notte, ci ha costretti a tornare a casa a sera tarda poiché l'albergo non aveva altre camere disponibili e non è stata proposta un'alternativa in altre strutture vicine, come accade generalmente. Il receptionist, gentilmente non ci ha fatto pagare la notte mentre una sua collega, la prima a cui abbiamo posto la problematica, si è semplicemente esposta "non comprendendo" il nostro fastidio e disinteressandosi dello stesso consigliandoci esclusivamente il checkout anticipato.

Struttura in fase di rimodernizzazione che resta comunque meravigliosa. Per cordialita del personale,per le piscine con un acqua meravigliosa e tanti getti idromassaggio disponibili. I pranzi e le cene sempre ottimi e buffet faraonici con affettati...fritture miste...insalate di pollo...di pesce...colazione varia e abbondante...abbondante non e l aggettivo giusto...c e...troppo!!! Per me e la seconda volta e di sicuro non l ultima.
