"Zabarella luxury terrace apt. is a modern and well-equipped apartment located in the heart of the city of Padua, the ideal starting point for many activities that guests can freely organize according to their own schedules. It is located in the center of Padua and is ideal for organizing excursions both in the city and throughout the region. If your desire is to spend a few days moving freely in the city center without having to take the car, in the shopping, restaurant and monument area, we can only tell you that you will find all of this! Furnished with modern style and equipped with all comforts, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in its three large bedrooms. The living room with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a wonderful 50 sqm terrace with a pergola complete the apartment. Unlimited and free internet and air conditioning (with an additional fee) are available. Located in the heart of the historic center of Padua, the apartment has been recently completely renovated and is designed to offer maximum comfort even to larger groups: the rooms have only real beds (there are no sofa beds), the kitchen is equipped with every utensil including a modern induction hob and dishwasher, the two bathrooms both have a large and modern shower, the designer furniture matches the precious resin floor, all with the aim of creating a modern and relaxing environment. The terrace deserves a separate chapter, a space of 50 sqm, equipped with a modern and beautiful pergola that will allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation in the shade of its tent even on sunny days, and why not, have lunch or dinner outdoors in a charming environment. There are many amenities available, including a 48'' TV, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and a convenient kettle. The noise of the city is almost absent because we are located in an area where traffic (and pollution) are almost nonexistent. The access to the apartment, located on the first floor, is easy even for elderly people as an elevator is available. Location: we can confidently say that we are at the heart of the historic center of Padua, a few meters from the main points of interest in the city, surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants. You can reach the famous Pedrocchi café, the central Piazza delle Erbe and della Frutta, the historic University of Padua in 3 minutes on foot, the Scrovegni Chapel in 4 minutes, and the basilica of St. Anthony of Padua and the city hospital in 7 minutes. The train station is not far away, and can be reached in 4 minutes by bus, tram or taxi, with the stop just 80 mt from the apartment. The Padua fair is 1.2 km away, and the Gran Teatro Geox is about 2 km away and is usually easily reachable by shuttle buses or car. The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area, and there are restrictions on the use of cars, which can only circulate with a permit or only during the night hours. Staying in Padua also means having the opportunity to reach beautiful destinations: the most well-known and accessible ones are the beautiful Venice, reachable by train or car in about 25 minutes, Verona, the city of Romeo and Juliet and the famous Arena where numerous opera concerts take place every summer, located about 50 minutes away, or Vicenza, Bologna, Bassano or Treviso. The actual apartment was spacious and as seen in photos, finally great communication with owner. Bad: no salt, no pepper, no oil and no extra toilet paper (we bought all 4 items). No shampoo or conditioner either. The pillows are very old and need replacing. Be prepared to take out your own garbage! It has three good sized bedrooms and two large bathrooms. There is also a great kitchen and the a fantastic outdoor space. The area it is located in could not be better. It’s only a few minutes walk from the beautiful piazzas of Padova with a brilliant array of bars, restaurants and shops. Padova as a place to visit could not be better. There is so much to see and do in this vibrant city. We also found it to be a brilliant base to visit the wider region. The apartment is 15 minutes from Padova trying station and for less €10 , you can get a train to Venice where you arrive at Santa Lucia station is less than 30 minutes. Is there a more spectacular view of from any train station in world? I don’t believe so! We also took a longer train journey to Trieste. While a little over two hours, it was well worth it. So, back to Padova and the apartment, my advice would be book this apartment, embrace this most vibrant city and if you get time, hop on a train to Venice! Finally just too mention eating out and visiting the bar in Padova is great value for money. This apartment made our holiday. We will be back. David ##### David C.
