"Ideal hotel for a short stay in London"
Good clean hotel, quiet, but close (5-10 min walk) to Paddington station, with own restaurant, indoor pool and fitness suite. Good breakfast (optional). Rooms fully equipped, clean and spacious. Beds comfortable. Bath and shower with separate en suite toilet (ideal when travelling as a family). Staff friendly and helpful. Several food outlets nearby including a Sainsbury's. Ideal hotel for a short stay in London, whether individually, on business, with friends/family or on holiday. Will definitely stay again.

"Nice Hotel to stay in London"
Hello, Hope this review helps your accommodations in your future stay in London. The hotel was not bad. A couple pros and cons. I almost never fill these out but this time I felt like I had too. -The rooms were extremely small, especially if you overpacked for a long stay in London/Europe. There was barely any room for our luggage. -The breakfast was AMAZING. I loved it and the chef was such a darling. Make sure you sign in before you go in because if not the waitresses will be upset and in a mood with you. -Bathrooms were new and very clean. -Front Staff wasn't so friendly I can't lie. We were treated as if we were lesser than them or beneath. Basically like if we were ignorant travelers -Maid made us kissing swans for Valentine's day and I thought it was such a sweet gesture !

"Lovely place to stay at a great price"
I have a feeling you won't find a better hotel in this price range in London. The neighborhood is great - lovely, well-kept homes, really quiet streets, and just a couple blocks away from the hotel, you will find restaurants and bars, as well as Kensington Gardens. Our room was huge and clean, and it had two balconies (though you cannot go out on them, to my dismay), and its own sizable bathroom. The hotel itself is perhaps a bit outdated but it has a comfortable living room area and the breakfast room was nice (though the continental breakfast was just OK, but at least they give you more options than you would find with a continental breakfast in the US). All-in-all, I am extremely happy we stayed here for three nights, especially since it is quite easy to use the Underground to get anywhere in London from here.

"Nice hotel, convenient location."
I am an older woman traveling alone. I booked a single standard room for ten days. The cost included in my airfare was reasonable. consideration needs to be given to security....I.e. The door to the ledge could only be opened a fraction because it did not seem safe, so sleeping with not enough fresh air was uncomfortable.

"Great location next to Paddington Station"
Good value hotel right next to Paddington Station. I had an executive room which was a good size and had a complimentary coffee machine, bottled water and good tea/coffee facilities. I couldn't get the TV or Radio to work unfortunately. The bathroom was very small, however had a decent shower, nice toiletries provided and good hairdryer. Despite triple glazing I could hear the trains very loudly, which started early in the morning. However I believe what woke me up was that my room (106) was right next to the cleaning staff's room and they were constantly banging around and talking loudly from 7am in the morning - this woke me up and also stopped me from getting back to sleep. The breakfast, in Garfunkels, was fine - small portions but nicely cooked. I would stay here again due to proximity to Paddington however avoid a room near the cleaning staff facilities!
