Extra notes: Please Note: During the summer a burn ban may go into effect in all of Lewis County. During this time campfires, the use of charcoal briquettes, and any other form of burning may be prohibited. Winters in Packwood may get very snowy. It is the guest's responsibility to be properly equipped for harsh winter driving conditions. We really enjoyed our time at Moose Manor. It was very convenient to exploring Mt. Rainier NP. I liked that there were some restaurants not far away. I didn't realize the house was in a neighborhood so it was less secluded than I'd imagined but there were great points about its location, namely proximity to Rainier & food .We loved the hot tub!
