We called and they sent someone out to the property within 30 minutes. We called later to let them know that the sliding glass door lock was broken. They had been locking the door with a piece of plastic. Someone came and tried to fix the lock but was unable. They left without fixing the lock. There was blood on a comforter that was left by a previous guest. There was an outlet that was coming from the wall with exposed wires. ##### Kathryn K.
