We were 4 adults (2 couples) and since there were upstairs and downstairs accommodations we all had our privacy. The common areas were also very nice. The home and neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The only thing I would suggest is there should be an information book on how things work in the house. Took us a while to figure out that the heat was radiant heating. Couldn’t understand why there were no vents. Once we figured it out it was great. Also, no live TV which was a bummer. The deck is perfect for sunbathing and/or reading and relaxing with your cup of coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed and the timed rolling shades were a nice detail. The bathroom upstairs had a nice stand alone bathtub which provided a nice relaxing bath experience. The new couch that arrived on the second day of our stay was so roomy and comfortable!
