The house and property were very clean and bright and the view over the back yard to the ocean was fabulous! There's a good half mile between the house and the coast but the view still calls you to sit and stare for hours! It was pretty chilly for this Florida family so the gas fire pit became the center of our outdoor time! The separate living area in the converted garage was a great place to get away from the rest of the family for a little quiet time. The house had everything we needed and was close to everything we wanted including a Tesla supercharger on a few minutes away. Check in, check out and other communication was smooth and easy.
