"Excellent service and incredibly kind staff! We arrived at 7 AM after a long-haul flight, well before the 3 PM check-in. They prioritized cleaning a vacant room for us, and by 10 AM we were able to check in. I even asked about the early check-in fee, and they said, “It’s all good!”, no extra charge. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness and hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I think the only thing that was missing on this listing - and possibly a little off-putting was that you need to pay a resort entrance fee before you can access the accommodation. Yes, the entrance fee does last a week - but since we were overnighters only, PhP5,000 was quite steep. (We only paid PhP5K because we went in off-season). But, otherwise, the room was great, and the environment is conducive to rest. (Even on choking back the entrance fee)."

"Check in/check out was a breeze. Staff were courteous and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean and ready for us. The restaurants has pretty good food and variety choices except the Mexican style restaurant in the beach. Their sizzling plates were dry and doesn't taste good. Needs improvement on the part. Transportation to the property is the easiest if you don't have your own vehicle or rent a vehicle. There are no other stores to buy stuff that you may have forgot but the Kultura inside the hotel. The whole place is really nice for a great family vacation. We were there Tuesday to Thursday. So, it might be different on the weekends where there are a lot of people. I heard there's a line in almost all the activities on the weekends."
