"No doubt the best hotel we’ve stayed in Manila by far, and one of the top hotels I’ve stayed at on all my travels internationally. Definitely 10/10. The reason why I booked it was because we were after a clean, modern looking and a “new” hotel to stay at. And the pictures did not lie. The location is very convenient and the food was great. Wide variety of dishes during the buffet breakfast and the a la carte dinner portions were massive. But the number one reason why we loved it so much, was the amazing staff and service provided during all our interactions. From the security guards and all the lobby/concierge staff, the restaurant staff and the ones we met at Club Lanson. Each interaction was pleasant and they have amazing communication between departments. One minute we’d be inquiring about dinner reservations at another department, and when we got back to our room, we get a call from someone assisting us with our booking. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Especially when I informed them we were celebrating a special occasion, they upgraded our room, decorated it and even had a cake and a few of their staff sing happy birthday to us. Very unforgettable and will definitely be recommending this to all my friends and family looking to visit the Philippines. Can’t wait to come back to stay during my visits to Manila. Wonderful staff, thank you so much for making our stay as lovely as it was!"

"There was not a refrigerator or microwave in a 3 bedroom apartment. We asked for extra towels because we had 6 people but only 4 towels were provided. They told me I had to pay for extra towels and I was shocked. I've never experienced this before"
