"The motel has been completely remodeled and is very clean. Daily housekeeping is provided and it was a must for me! The Indian family that operates this motel is friendly, accommodating, and pleasant to deal with. "

"What a wonderful place to stay while visiting Yosemite! I HIGHLY recommend staying inside the park to avoid the crazy long entry lines each day. This place was perfect. And there are plenty of fun things to do nearby: Chilnualna Falls, the swinging bridge, Wawona History Center and more."

"We greatly enjoyed our stay! This place has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful weekend away. We had a large group (9) and had plenty of room. Honestly, I think the pictures online don't do the rock structure/pool combo enough justice. Two slides, a hot tub, and a spot to overlook the Pacific Beach area. So cool. Ask about the pool house - such a unique space! The only drawback is that it's a bit out of the way so you might want to look into car rentals. Overall, we couldn't have asked for...

"Casita was convenient to Balboa Park, freeways, restaurants and Smart and Final grocery store. Very private and quiet. Walkable, and transit system 1 block away( I did not have a car). I stayed for two weeks in May of 2024. Diane from Northern California"

"We had an amazing stay at this property. Exceeded our expectations from the pictures online. We loved being able to hang out in the several lounging spots at the house, being able to walk the beach and tidepools directly in front of the home and easily walk to town. We didn't feel like we needed to leave the property it was so great. Mei, the property manager helped us immediately and gave recommendations. We would absolutely book again."

"Thai is a fabulous location. Truth about how close to beach! Our only issue was there was no table to sit at inside. No table for cards or coffee. Outside wasn’t always appropriate. Major construction going on next door was an eyesore…"

"We had an issue with finding lots of giant winged ants crawling on the carpet and a couple black beetles as well. Especially when we turned heater on they would appear out of nowhere near the vents making me think they came from the vents. Needs an exterminator visit to spray around the house. It didn’t ruin our stay though! We just killed them when we would see them with paper towels and we only saw them in the day not at night which isn’t a huge issue since we were mostly out on hikes. "Location is great to the beach, Disney and LA. Parking was tight and confusing as to which side of the garage was ours. Top floor gets the left side BTW. Get to the garage from the alley. Had an issue with the dish washer and it was fixed the same day. 👍 The beach chairs and toys were super helpful."

"The property is very convenient for a visit to Yosemite and is located inside the park. The location is good with parking for 2 cars and plenty of room for up to 8 people. There is good cooking equipment and lots of room to sit. There is no internet, TV or cell service at the cabin. The carpets are quite stained and generally things are a bit shabby, but generally clean and spacious."

"Had a very nice stay and appreciate the attentiveness of the host. Folks should be aware that this is a privately owned unit in a hotel property. Hotel staff were very friendly but also clear that need to treat VRBO guests differently and not as "their" guests per se. The kitchenette claim is a little deceiving with this unit as well. There is a microwave, rice cooker (appreciated!!), coffee maker, and dishes/silverware. Dishes must be washed in the bathroom sink. Remember this unit is in a...

"Old building and the doors are due for an upgrade. You have to basically put all your weight in to open the door. "

"We only stayed overnight but we were happy with our stay. I tried to call ahead to communicate that we’d be doing a late check-in and there was no answer but once we arrived that evening we still had our room reserved. It’s located in a quiet area and the room was equipped with a full sized fridge, microwave, stove and some dishes. Would definitely recommend this place if you plan on staying for multiple nights. "
