"Traveled with family. We enjoyed our stay except for the storm. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Staff were friendly and professional esp the person that check us in. She was nice and helpful. The room was clean but a bit tiny for 4 people. Good selection of food for breakfast. Gym was clean. We didn't get to use the pool, not heated. Overall, we would definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"Negatives: View was meh. Paid for ocean view and got a partial ocean view. Even double-checked upon arrival and was told the room had a full ocean view, it did not. Room was old and needs updated—the entire hotel could use an update. Beds were terrible and pillows were hard as rocks. There was makeup on our sheets and we questioned if they had been changed or just made up. The room overall was surface level clean, but could use a deep clean. The toilet in the room was the shortest toilet I’ve ever seen. The A/C vent in the room leaked constantly down the wall and sputtered water. Our door to the balcony was stuck. Parking is $60/day for hotel parking. If you like the hustle and bustle of the city this is a great spot. If you want quiet and less people don’t stay here as it’s located in the city on a busy street. Entire hotel smelled strange/dirty. Positives: Staff was incredible and valet desk was top notch. Overall: Won’t be staying here again and cannot recommend to others."

"This hotel is only worth staying if you’re in a short layover or transit. The breakfast is good in the morning. If you’re staying in the adjacent room outside the main building, ask for a room change. It feels unsafe and there is lots of noise. In addition, the rooms feel neglected by housekeeping than the main property. Lastly if management is reading this, please place safety boxes (safes) in the room. "

"We stayed for 2 days and 2 nights at Hyatt. I picked this hotel because it is so closed to the beach. Just cross the street away from the beach. You can get beach towel, beach chair and boogy board from the hotel which were awesome. The staff were all nice and very kind. They greeted us right away. And they made sure that all of our needs were met. The carpet in the room is kinda old. But the room was big and the toilet come with a bidet! They had soap, shampoo, body lotion and toothpaste and toothbrush. I think they need to add Q-tip cotton but. "
