"Fell in love with this hotel. If you can, get the suite so you can have the beautiful view. Breakfast, happy hour, tea in the sitting area, everything was perfect. We stayed with 2 other couples and they also loved their stay. We will definitely stay here again. "
"We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner/manager was very kind and courteous. She personally showed us to our room. The room is great! You get the classic San Francisco architecture and charm alongside a comfy bed and modern shower. I would recommend this place."

"Historic hotel in a nice part of SF, easily walkable to central areas, close to cable cars which can easily take you further quickly. Safe area. Some parts of the room were a little tired but I think that comes with the overall age of the property"

"Chose to stay here after my original hotel was cancelled, glad I did as it's in a great location for walking to the pier's, boat tours, Alcatraz etc. The Krups coffee machine in the room was a nice touch and the hotel
and rooms were very clean.
My only gripes where the water machine on our floor did not work and some of the furniture in the outdoor spaces has seen better days considering the hotel charge $30 a day for these amenities."
