My stay was cancelled at the very last minute by the hotel. Alternatives were not even offered.

Well appointed - most basic things available that you need in an apartment. No daily service but this is explained. Restaurant nice - staff very friendly but menu a little limited. Pool great size and plenty of loungers available. Grounds well looked after.

The two ladies at the reception had very bad maners. They were talking in their own language in front of us and even laughing together. Instead of finding a proper solution they forced us to book another room and even threatened to cancel the booking. Next day I asked for a possibility for a late check out until 12 and they allowed us until 11:30 as if they did a big favour and later I found that the room didn't even start to clean until we left the hotel at 1:30. At the check out time, they asked me a confirmation from expedia, so I emailed the confirmation for 2 rooms that I booked right away..but later they call me to come back to the office for one more confirmation because I booked for two rooms before they checked the email I sent..cannot even do their job properly. I never encountered such a horrible customer service at a reception of any kind of hotels in the world..ruinining the happy mood of the trip right from the beginning till the end.

What was advertised on expedia is not what I got. A 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom 1 ensuite is what i ordered i got a 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom. Then we were moved to the what i ordered but this time it had an accessible bathroom instead of a tub and shower ensuite to the masterbedroom. Never returning to this place again.

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience experienced, due to the plumbing issues in the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom (which was attended to) and we had to move you to a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom and the very next day we moved you into Unit 18, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. We were going to check you into Unit 24, which nis on the 2nd floor, but you requested a downstairs unit and the only availability at the time was Unit 18 on the ground floor, which unfortunately, is our disabled unit. Again our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused and hope to see you again soon.

Wonderful accommodations ! Best we had in Fiji! staff was great . Nice beach , pool hot tub , bar and location . Seriously I can’t say enough nice things about this place. There is a washer and dryer and cable tv too!

Everything was amazing! The location is perfect! We had a two bedroom, 2 bath with a kitchen and living room. It was so spacious! The outside cabana was filled with the friendliest people and delicious drinks! We also walked out to the beach and enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tubs. We went on a rafting trip and we were right next to the office. So convenient!

We were booked in for 2 night stay from 20th till 22nd April at ultiqa palm resort in Pacific harbour fiji. We were 6 people total 2 adults and 4 kids .. we were given the 3 floor level room it was heavily raining and weather was not very favourable . The water supply got shut off around 7pm and we did not had any water for the whole night and in the morning when I went and complained about water I was told that there is no water pressure and up to level 3 it made it even worse. We had not been notified or advised about this and only found out when I went and asked them. It was very inconvenient whole night especially having kids and adults want to use the washroom ..we were told in the morning to use the shower and washroom at the ground level room which was unoccupied. I requested if we could move into ground floor room as there was bit of water pressure on the tap and toilet. They did not bother considering o our request as they could not get there manager for whatever reason... My questions are 2 very important as below 1. Should the resort have a back up water tanks in an emergencies like this 2. Back power generator as well . I do understand that in fiji it is common with these sorts of emergencies during cyclone seasons but if guest are paying so much to stay in a resort they need to ensure that these are well taken care off. We checked out on 21st April a day earlier because no one bothered to acknowledge our issue and my mother who is 67 years old cannot be
