"Liked that it is connected to Ala Moana shopping center and is also a pink line stop on the trolley.
Did not like that there was no daily room service. "

"Overall a great place to stay! Very kid friendly as well. My only complaints are the bedding pillows are very soft and flat once you lay on them, making them uncomfortable in my opinion. Also, as a disabled person, I almost had slipping accident in the shower. I feel it should be by default the hotel provide those non slip rubber mats most hotels use but that just wasn't the case here. Other than that, I love how there are several different pool options, very close to the beach and they have the lagoon to swim in as well. Very beautiful plants and koi fish ponds throughtout the resort."
"We moved here from the other hotel due to its closeness to the airport, parking on site and elevators. From here we toured the Arizona Memorial and the Polynesian Cultural Center. It was an easy walk to the Queen’s palace but it was not open during our stay. The staff was very helpful and attentive all during our stay. A great place to stay in downtown. "
