"Overall we like the hotel, the room were clean and spacious. The location is great, near a small port next to los Arcos. Also close to Yelapa waterfalls, the hotel (Jack Sparrow) offers boat tours to beaches, snorkeling places and Yelapa waterfalls. Easy access and we didn’t have to leave the hotel to take tour. The hotel is located within walking distance of a zoo, which we were able to feed animals like giraffes, moneys, and etc. It was a 15mins hike with great sceneries of the local town and a river. The hotel also offers free kayak at the beach, where we can see the famous los arcos. I used the hotel gym every morning, the staff is super friendly there and it was never busy. My two kids loved the kids club and the Disney show, the entertainment crew were great, offers kayak tours and games. All staffs were super friendly. The Spanish restaurant were my favorite, however I wish the hotel offered longer pool hours."
