Very well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook up a tasty meal. My only complaint would be the bedrooms are small with what's advertised as queen beds but they seemed smaller more like full size. Overall a great place and I would stay again if the beds were king sized but not certain this is possible with the size of the bedrooms. The proximity to the beach and the view of the river was great. Overall I'd give it a 90/100\. One thing to note if you arrive after dark is if the lights are not on outside there is a step down to the walkway to the front door. I didn't see it when we arrived due to being pitch dark and took quite the stumble. ##### Jared H. Great central location in walkable/bikeable area. Rode bikes to the beach trail, then drove further down the road later with beach chairs for a longer beach visit. Thanks for a great 2 night stay!
