This adorable cottage is stylish and restful, with thoughtful touches, gorgeous garden flowers and a sunny front deck. This home is in a residential neighborhood of Pacific City, but less than a mile to the beach. It is cozy and peaceful, with a well stocked kitchen and everything you'll need to unwind after nearby beach adventures. Amenities: WIFI Sunny, spacious deck BBQ Quiet residential neighborhood away from tourists and crowds, yet easy walk to restaurants, river and beach Max cars 2 (Contact us about additional parking) No trailers or RVs Sorry, no pets Pack-n-play Layout: 2 level home. Main level entry has kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom with queen bed, full hall bath and spacious deck. Upstairs has bedroom with queen bed and full hall bath, and bedroom with 2 twins. Access Lockbox key entry. Exterior surveillance on property. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation. Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35\. This didn't bother me, but the beds are very soft-- might be good to know if you like firmer mattresses. It was walking distance to the beach and a good quick get away. I really appreciated the ability to recycle as well. Unfortunately, I felt like the place was not clean. For example, there was not a new sponge at the sink. In addition the floor mop had the old dirty cloth on the bottom of it. Given COVID has extra cleaning requirements I was sad to see that these small items were left out and am hopeful that they can change processes in the future. In addition, check in and check out was in person. When I went to checkout the people in the office were not wearing masks.
