However, there is a sand dune in front of the house that can become steep, do to the changing ocean tides and wind that move the sand around. We loved our stay! The house has absolutely breathtaking views. The house is older but well kept and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with pot / pans, coffee maker, plates, cups, etc. which was great. The only downsides were the internet is not great so my husband had a hard time working. I also didn’t fully understand the cliff / large dune that the house was on. It was a big difficult to navigate with young kids but it all worked out. Plenty of household items to make you feel right at home. The access down to the water was tricky. Going down was not too bad but coming back up was a workout. Wifi password was provided, was able to connect but there was no internet service, so it made for good opportunity to disconnect from the world for a bit! ##### Sheila S. There was plenty of space for the six of us, all cousins over the age of 63\. The view cannot be beat and there is plenty of seating in the house and on the generously sized deck from which to enjoy the incredible view Would we stay here again? Absolutely. We have just a couple of small points: the downstairs shower is very slippery and needs a grab bar; and, the base of the interior stairs needs to have some kind of useful handrail. Also, we had problems opening and closing the lock box where the key was kept. ##### Kathleen W.
