Great parking near river and beach! The Nestucca Lookout is a spacious, fun home in a great location for surfing, fishing, hiking and just relaxing at the beach. Fully stocked for vacation, this is a great home-base for your Pacific City adventures and beyond. The home is on a narrow stretch of land between the ocean and the Nestucca River, and features river views out the back, and ocean views in the front. The upstairs bedroom has a cozy look-out bench to watch the river go by and all of the eagles, pelicans, seals, fisherman and everything else that hangs out in the Nestucca Estuary. Features: Views of the river and ocean from the top level Great location next to the Nestucca boat ramp Easy walk to beach Great parking WIFI game room in garage Sorry, no pets Max 3 cars Layout: Multi level home. Garage entry on lower level. Lower level has 1/2 bath with laundry, and bedroom with 2 double beds. Middle level has living room, dining area, kitchen and front & back decks. There is a full bath with tub/shower and bedroom with double/twin bunks. Upstairs loft/bedroom has a queen bed (loft style open to living room) External surveillance is in use at this home. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the oceanfront homes. Also off of Sunset Avenue you will find what is commonly known at ?The Boat Landing?, which along with a boat ramp is one of the best fishing holes in the area. Certain times of the year, you will find fisherman catching huge spring and fall Chinook Salmon.
