The house was pristine with everything you could possibly need for your stay. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival! The beach is a short distance down from the dunes. You have to be able to climb up and down a sandy hill to reach water. The house is so nice. Everything is new, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen has very nice appliances and is fully stocked with cooking utensils and anything we needed to use. The beds were clean and comfortable. The media center and fireplace is such a nice touch. The house is so close to the beach and yet so quiet and private. The sand dunes are just a short walk down the beach. This house was a great spot for a multi-generational family trip. We had two elderly family members with low mobility join us who were very comfortable - only one low step to navigate and a lovely house to spend time in while enjoying the coastal air. And our teen niece loves the house too - safe for her to walk up the boardwalk on her own. Kitchen is well appointed for making fantastic meals. The rental company was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Everything was accessible and having a fenced back yard for the dogs was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Our stay couldn’t have been better, with the only exception that we wish we could have stayed longer. ITrip was great and quick to respond when having any questions.
