Located just half a block from the sand in a quiet, gated neighborhood, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Kick back on the large deck with picnic tables, perfect for sunny lunches or evening hangouts. Inside, you’ll find an open great room and kitchen — ideal for gathering with family or friends. The home features new beds and mostly new furnishings (2025), plus roomy bedrooms to stretch out and unwind. Beach access is a short, easy walk to a quiet stretch of shoreline, and you’re less than a mile from Cape Kiwanda, the Pelican Pub, coffee shops, and local restaurants. Pets are welcome, so bring your furry friend along for the fun! If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35\. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
