Dog OK. Welcome to a darling, peaceful easy beach house designed for a fun family getaway. The Kiwanda Cabana is in a quiet, gated neighborhood just a short walk to the beach. There is a nice trail netowork for easy walks and bike rides, and deer a common site. The home is open, inviting and has a lovely south facing deck that is just a perfect respite from those breezy summer days. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests: \- 1 Queen bed. \- 1 Twin over Full Bunk bed. Great Room / Kitchen. 2 TV's, incl 1 TV with DVD. Basic Spectrum wireless internet and ROKU. Games, books and movies. Neighborhood: Kiwanda Shores is a private gated community of quality homes on the ocean front in Pacific City. Security, pride in ownership and peaceful enjoyment of the coastal experience is shared by Kiwanda Shores homeowners and renters alike. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes. Kiwanda Coastal Properties is a local, professional Oregon Coast vacation rental management company that offers over 50 homes in the Pacific City area. We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation. 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35\. A short 10 minute walk to the beach where you can get ice cream, breakfast burritos, coffee, and beer from the Pelican brewery. Hike to the top of the big sand dune for an amazing view.
