The Chill Out Cottage is a brand new home in the Pacific City Heights neighborhood. It has gorgeous finishes and is designed perfectly for a relaxing, easy, family-friendly vacation. The neighborhood is quiet, and the home is on a very peaceful street which is safe for walks, and deer watching but just a short drive to the beach. This home does not have a view, but walks throughout the quiet neighborhood provide stunning, birds-eye views of Pacific City, Cape Kiwanda and the coastline. There are vacation homes and permanent residents here. Cape Kiwanda beach access is a 2 mile drive. Kiwanda Coastal Properties is a local, professional Oregon Coast vacation rental management company that offers over 50 homes in the Pacific City area. We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation. Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35\. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
