Just a short walk to the beach, local pub, and shops, and located near paved walking and biking paths. The open layout features cozy furnishings, upgraded amenities, and a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and entertain. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed and a beautifully tiled bathroom. The spacious garage is loaded with beach toys, chairs, and gear, making it easy to enjoy a full day by the ocean. Out back, a fenced yard and sheltered deck create the perfect spot for outdoor meals or winding down after a beach day. There's a BBQ and a surfer shower on the back deck. This quiet neighborhood is ideal for bike rides and sunset strolls. Whether you're planning a family getaway or a coastal escape with friends, this home has the space, comfort, and extras to make it memorable. SHOREPINE VILLAGE DOES NOT ALLOW ANY OPEN FLAME FIREPITS, WOOD OR PROPANE. BBQ'S ARE PERMITTED. Layout: Downstairs has spacious living room, kitchen, dining area. 1/2 bath. Den has access to fenced back yard and deck. Spacious garage has the laundry. Upstairs has primary bedroom with king bed, walk in-closet and custom tile shower/jetted soaking tub. Bedroom with queen bed, and bedroom with twin bed and twin/twin bunk. Full hall bath and loft/den with TV. Two miles of paved walking paths that interweave through the Village of small grass covered dunes, pine thickets and seasonal wetlands. Shorepine Village is an award winning area of traditional beach homes built in harmony with the natural environment. Centrally located between Kiwanda Shores and Cape Kiwanda, this new beachfront neighborhood is set among the dunes and snuggled down behind a grass-covered fore dune. Shorepine Village is maintained with pride and governed by strict CCR’s for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation. Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival.
