This classic Pacific City retreat blends timeless coastal charm with tasteful modern updates, creating a home that feels fresh, comfortable, and welcoming. The spacious layout includes four bedrooms plus two additional sleeping areas, providing six separate sleeping spaces in total (four bedrooms, a den, and a loft). The home comfortably accommodates larger groups, with a maximum occupancy of up to 10 adults and 3 children (age 12 or under). Step outside to the large ocean-view deck—perfect for enjoying sunsets, grilling on the gas BBQ, or relaxing in the sheltered southern sun. Inside, the home has been recently remodeled and thoughtfully refurnished with brand-new furnishings throughout, giving it the feel of a brand-new home while maintaining its classic beach house character. Designed with vacationers in mind, Beach Dreamer includes upgraded amenities such as WiFi, cable TV, and plenty of comfortable gathering spaces for family and friends. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35\. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply). Occupancy Note: Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. Location is excellent. Plenty of parking. Dog friendly is an huge plus! Only 2 bathrooms resulted in some waiting and negotiating, but really wasn’t much of an issue. May 13, 2022 #### good weekend The spacious house has lots of light and the separation of space--bedrooms on 2 floors and a big playroom on the 3rd floor worked well for us. The beach is just across the street. I thought the kitchen might be small with 6 adults and 3 kids but it worked out well. It was also well stocked with enough dishes and lots of cooking and serving options. Clean, lots of towels etc. The beds were a little firm for some of us. The only issue we had was the heat. It was rainy and chilly that weekend. When the heat was comfortable on the main floor it was too cold on the lower floor. The people who manage the house were easy to work with and we got a refund right away. All in all it is a good house to stay in, easy for a group to be together or in separate spaces. The fully fenced secure back yard is ideal for families with young children or fur babies. The house had all the items we needed and was a short, 5 min walk to the beach. Outside of the back fence gate there is a one-mile loop trail that takes you up a hill to a bench with a lovely view of the beach. The house is near the end of a road and was very quiet. The home internet was adequate for streaming movies and doing Zoom calls. In the future, I would select the “no-contact” check in since I had to wait outside the building while another individual was talking to the staff inside.
