The elegant and well-equipped kitchen, including the dishwasher, looks like an open space with a table for 6 people, 2 sofas, two armchairs, television and two air conditioners, a huge opening window that gives the feeling of being on a boat. And finally a beautiful terrace with EMU table equipped with armchairs for 4 people. The terrace overlooking the sea offers a wide panorama and the possibility to dine by candlelight, enjoying a unique and breathtaking show immersed in a "magical" atmosphere. The lights of Marzamemi refracting on the water and the transit of the fishermen's boats create a postcard setting. The house is located in a unique position for external convenience, in fact it has a private passage to the sea for swimming under the house, and the proximity of the historic center which can be reached with a walk. Interesting detail for those who do not want to use the car every day. In the center there are supermarkets, parapharmacy, tobacconists, newsagents, sale of fish products, souvenir shops, typical trattorias, pizzerias, bars, shops that sell delicious local products such as tuna and swordfish caught and processed on the spot, then the famous cherry tomatoes. fresh and dried cherry tomatoes, etc. Near the house there is a yacht club where they organize wonderful boat excursions. Marzamemi, reachable directly on foot from the house, is a village where the ancient maritime traditions are still very much alive. Only recently has Marzamemi become a popular destination for Italians and many foreigners who love the combination of natural beaches and the vitality of an authentic coastal village which boasts 5 clean sea sails every year. It is also an excellent base for visiting the beautiful Vendicari Natural Park-Reserve, the splendid pristine beaches of Eloro, Calamosche and Marianelli, and then the prehistoric caves of Pantalica, the Cava Grande Nature Reserve, the island of Portopalo in Capo Passero, the island of the Currents (which is the extreme south of Europe, is located further south of Tunis), San Lorenzo, which is located 2 km north of Marzamemi, marks the beginning of one of the most beautiful stretches of the Sicilian coast. Here the coast is characterized by golden sandy beaches, turquoise sea, and white limestone rocks. It is also a real oasis of rest and tranquility for a wide variety of birds, and borders the Vendicari nature reserve. Cet appartement bénéficie d’un emplacement exceptionnel, surplombant la mer, en toute tranquillité, à l’abri de l’agitation et du bruit. Il est moderne, vaste et bien équipé et les levers de soleil y sont magnifiques. Les lits sont confortables, tout est d’une propreté impeccable. En tout point conforme aux photos. Les hôtes sont d’une extrême gentillesse. À notre arrivée, nous avions besoin d’aide pour monter nos lourds bagages et la dame a fait venir son athlétique mari pour nous aider. Et elle nous a ensuite accompagnés au village voisin pour faire nos courses et découvrir les lieux ! Et, lors de notre départ, elle a offert de venir nous aider aussi…Elle nous a fourni des suggestions de restaurants et d’endroits à visiter. There are hardly any non-Italian tourists which was ideal for us. The sea is crystal clear which is great for snorkelling and it’s quite literally 1 min from the apartment! The host was incredible and toured us around the town and gave us direction for food, gelato etc. It was quiet, relaxing, great swimming, well equipped unit. We shopped and cooked great italian cuisine. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops. We were able to get to several touring sites from there. You could easily walk into town for a night stroll and enjoy the music and atmosphere or spend a quiet night on the balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. I cant say enough about this place! The locals were incredibly friendly, always ready with a smile or helpful tip, making us feel warmly welcomed throughout our stay.The property manager was also a pleasure to deal with—responsive, kind, and clearly invested in making sure guests have a wonderful experience. Der Blick vom Balkon und aus der Wohnung ist wirklich unglaublich schön und wir haben das sehr genossen. Marzamemi ist ein toller Ort und jetzt im November auch herrlich ruhig. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt viel zu entdecken in der näheren Umgebung. Einzig die Anzahl und Qualität der zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher und der sehr beengte Duschraum waren nicht zufriedenstellend. Ansonsten haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. ##### Birgit H. Un gioiello di fronte al mare di Marzamemi, l'appartamento curato nei dettagli con gusto e raffintezza, un terrazzino con vista sull'infinito, il mare ed il cielo ed il sole sono i veri coinquilini. Alba e tramonti commoventi sono godibili dalle ampie vetrate del soggiorno. L'accesso al mare é diretto, in una parte di costa dall'acqua cristallina. Posizione ideale con lidi e supermarket vicinissimi. L'eccezionalità di Alfina poi non si può descrivere, lei ma in generale tutta la famiglia come il posto sono solo da conoscere, perché certe vibrazioni e sensazioni positive si devono semplicemente vivere. Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Wohnung allerdings quasi nur auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und den sehr schönen Ort Marzamemi verbracht, da wir warme Sommernächte hatten.
