### Harmonia Apartment - Sicily Luxury Residence - Borgo 84 - Marzamemi

Apartment, completed in December 2024, located on the ground floor of an elegant newly built residence.  
It consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine), a bathroom, and a private outdoor space with views of the green areas and the sea.  
The apartment also includes a private parking space for exclusive use.  
  
The residence enjoys a prime location, directly facing the sea, offering a stunning panoramic view. There are two swimming pools with free access available to guests.  
  
The nearest beach, Santo Mar, just a 5-minute walk away, features both public and private areas and includes a seaside restaurant—perfect for relaxing and enjoying local cuisine.  
  
Other beautiful beaches are also within close reach, such as the renowned Baia Muri Beach Club and Lido Morghella, both just a 5-minute drive away.  
  
All essential services, including shops and restaurants, are easily accessible in the nearby towns:  
  
Marzamemi (5-minute drive), a picturesque and charming fishing village;  
  
Porto Palo di Capo Passero (10-minute drive), home to a striking lighthouse overlooking the landscape;  
  
Pachino (10-minute drive), famous for its local products;  
  
Noto (25-minute drive), the capital of Sicilian Baroque;  
  
Avola (35-minute drive), known for its beaches and fine wine.
