Apartment on the third floor, with elevator, overlooking the beach of Marinella. It is part of a structure that was once a seaside. It has a living room-kitchen with table for four people, a bedroom and a small room with bunk bed, a bathroom with accessories, shower and washing machine; conditioned air; It has a terrace with a splendid view of the harbor and the island of capopassero. The house has a convenient location for that area, and as' possible to swim under the house and go downtown on foot in five minutes; and 'close to the center but far enough from the vivid nightlife; and 'ideal for holidays in the high season because' it is not 'essential to get out in the car, when confusion is no incentive to use it. Nearby there 'a lot to visit, lots of beaches with African colors and smells, the nature reserve of Vendicari with its pink flamingos, the historic center of marzamemi, the three islands including Island of Currents that is the extreme south d 'Europe, etc.

Tutto perfetto

Palazzina curata, carina e ben organizzata, direttamente sopra una spiaggetta poco frequentata. Un terrazzino con panchina , tavolo e ombrellone si affaccia sulla spiaggia e sul molo con una vista fino all'isola di Capo Passero. Zona perfetta, dove si trova sempre un posto auto non a pagamento (cosa non banale a Marzamemi) ma a piedi si raggiunge rapidamente il centro storico. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni. Porto palo di Capo Passero è a pochi minuti di macchina, così come Vendicari. Con neanche 10 minuti di auto si raggiunge Pachino dotata di tanti supermercati. L'appartamento è ben organizzato e curato nell'arredamento e nelle dotazioni. Il bagno è molto comodo e ospita anche una lavatrice. La titolare è gentilissima e disponibile. Comunicazione perfetta già dai contatti preliminari. Che dire...noi siamo stati benissimo, comodamente e serenamente. Consigliatissimo.

Appartamento piccolo, poca aerazione

La finestra della camera è murata con il vetrocemento per cui l'areazione è carente. È presente un unico condizionatore, fuori dalla camera, molto rumoroso e insufficiente a raffreddare la casa. Le pareti sono solo divisori aperti sopra, per cui non esiste privacy. Completamente assente il divano, c'è una poltrona vecchia che presentava briciole e macchie. La pulizia iniziale molto superficiale, ha comportato il dover pulire prima di poter utilizzare bagno e cucina. L'acqua ad agosto è mancata diverse volte (problema che l proprietá conosce bene, tuttavia i cassoni dell'acqua non erano stati riempiti). L'impianto elettrico permettere di accendere solo un elettrodomestico alla volta. La zona, molto turistica, è tranquilla, ma si sentono fino a tarda notte i bassi delle discoteche. Biancheria di ricambio a pagamento (10 euro a persona), senza segnalazione preventiva. Solo la vista dal balcone merita. Non è una soluzione comoda per più di 2 persone.

Location super, tout a fait conforme à nos attentes.

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours, et nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est bien équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable.. le petit balcon est super... nous y avons dîné tous les soirs. La plage d’habitués, pour la plupart des résidents dans les maisons alentours, en bas de l’immeuble est idéale pour un séjour de farniente avec des enfants. Au calme et à 2 pas de la vie festive de centre. C’était super. Mille Merci à Alfina pour son accueil et ses adorables attentions. Nous avons été accueillis comme des amis... la générosité sicilienne n’est pas qu’une légende !

Posizione strategica

A pochi passi dal bellissimo centro di Marzamemi, posizione tranquilla e fronte mare con piccola spiaggia sotto casa. Da qui in pochi minuti in macchina si raggiungono le spiagge (bellissime) di San Lorenzo e Cala Mosche.

Io, mia moglie ed i nostri due bimbi di 7 e 5 anni, abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana in questo appartamento molto carino e confortevole! Posizione eccezionale a cinque minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale di Marzamemi, bellissima spiaggetta di sabbia proprio sotto casa, perfetta anche per lo snorkeling. Ampio terrazzino con tavolo e sedie e bellissima vista sul mare. Proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile.
