"Keeping it real I don't operate a camera much and if there were an area that needs investment it's laundry and lack of depth in this potentially break even space. "The staff were very helpful, courteous and went out of their way to accommodate my requests. The hotel is very conveniently located and has a mall and shopping within walking distance. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. "

"Had to travel to Oakland for a short notice job interview. Booked Jack London Inn due to having a reasonable price and its distance from the job interview site. Hotel's location is convenient to many nearby tourist attractions and restaurants. Alameda island only a 10 minute walk/ferry ride away. Room itself was decent and reservation included breakfast. Check-in was smooth and front desk clerk was kind enough to loan me a pen for my job interview. Next time I'm in Oakland, will definitely hit this place up."
